World Health Organization Same old same old
The International Health Regulations and the draft pandemic treaty create a hierarchy among countries, a kind of Monopoly game in favor of global elites.
Negotiations continue on the draft International Health Regulations and pandemic treaty, with a vote imminent. Launched in the 1960s, the International Health Regulations set out to strengthen national health capacities and increase cooperation between countries in public health crises. While the charter has generally operated on a voluntary basis, the amendments now under discussion, and the accompanying pandemic convention, have been a major challenge over the past two decades.inde reveals the major transformations taking place on the global health scene to realize the goals of the global elite.
The new regulation aims for the World Health Organization (WHO) to play a greater role in public health policy and combat pandemics with measures such as vaccinations. This change has been shaped by the generous funding and influence of pharmaceutical foundations and their influence over countries, with responses to the COVID-19 crisis reinforcing this trend, and the WHO's previous recommendations had begun to evolve into more stringent and general measures, such as workplace closures and mandatory vaccinations.
Under the new arrangement, member states are no longer obliged to comply with future recommendations from the Director-General of the World Health Organization if he or she declares a pandemic or international public health emergency. These "non-binding" recommendations will be implemented through amendments that respect the Organization's Constitution and the concerns of member delegations. This transitional period, which will last until the World Health Assembly, will apply to all but four member states. However, the overall content and implementation of the bill will remain the same.
While states struggle to manage dissent, the Organization and its cronies are building a massive and expensive spy network to track natural viral variants under the Pandemic Protocol. This system is mandated to increase the speed of rumors between countries. The organization mails samples to selected pharmaceutical companies, hoping that they will bypass standard procedures and security dances and deliver the mRNA vaccine in 100 days. As with the COVD-19 adventure, mass vaccination appears to be a strategy to grab the ticket back to the 'new normal'. The organization is at work with no real harm, just a horror movie-like sense of threat. But the pharmaceutical companies are filling their coffers at the expense of the state, leaving responsibilities aside.
During the pandemic, the organization, which runs an audit system supported by the financial contributions of the pharmaceutical industry, delegates the advisory and audit tasks that should actually be undertaken by member states to its own committee members. This leaves the door open to conflicts of interest and accusations of corruption. Because the determination of the threat level of viral variants and small-scale outbreaks is in the hands of the international bureaucracy. On the other hand, the organization's Director-General drew attention by declaring a global emergency for the monkeypox outbreak, which has killed a small number of people.
Apparently, a working process riddled with misrepresentations about the frequency and urgency of pandemics is underway. The draft pandemic treaty is scheduled to be voted on by the end of May, which is contrary to the four-month review period stipulated in Article 55 of the World Health Organization's (WHO) 2005 International Health Regulations. This is both unreasonable and unfair for resource-poor countries that cannot fully assess the impacts on health, human rights and economies.
The terminology in the draft document can sometimes be confusing, as if it dates back to prehistoric times. The habit of the World Health Organization, the World Bank and the World Economic Forum to classify countries according to their income levels creates the impression that we are in a game and whoever has the higher score is considered 'more developed'. This creates a hierarchy among the countries of the world, sort of like a game of Monopoly. However, the expectation of authoritarian states to manage the opposition and the various factors involved in this process are among the elements that determine the rules of the game.
Whilethis article addresses critical issues that every individual who values human dignity and freedom should be aware of, it is not to create the illusion that the global elites and their collaborators around the world are "invincible". On the contrary, it is to expose the fact that they will never achieve their goals against humanity, such as the " Great Reset", unless people allow them to do so.
