Secrets of Olive Trees and Cannabis
Can it be said that a faith that says, "Plant trees even if you will die tomorrow!" guides the transfer of lessons from the life stories of trees surrounded by mystery and walls to future generations?
Olive trees and hemp have attracted the attention of many civilisations throughout history and the mystery of these plants has always excited scientists. Olive trees are seen as a symbol of peace and tranquility, while hemp is recognised for its flexibility and versatility.
Both plants have been valuable resources for humanity and have served as a bridge in intercultural interaction. Olive trees are described as ‘immortal’ because of their ability to live for thousands of years. Hemp stands out for its durability and the advantages it offers as a renewable resource. Discovering the secrets of these plants is of great importance for accessing the wisdom of the past and creating sustainable solutions for the future.
** What is the mystery behind our decades-long hemp struggle?
Hemp is a hermaphrodite plant that cleans the world's air, is a storehouse of oxygen, and is known for its soil-cleaning properties. It can be used in the production of thousands of different products and is known to be effective in the treatment of approximately 250 diseases. This miraculous plant seems to be talking to you. In the same way, olive trees are giving you a message. It may be necessary to adopt a philosophical perspective to understand these messages.
Here is an example;
A man sitting in the shade of a tree was reading a book on philosophy. Pages full of questions had confused his mind.
He raised his head and looked at the tree and thought: ‘I wish I was a tree, I wish I could live without thinking, just with the peace of being’
At that moment, the tree began to speak as if it had heard his thoughts: ‘Maybe I don't think, but I have many lessons to teach a thinking person.’
The man was surprised and curious: ‘Really? I would love to listen to you.’
The tree rustled its leaves: ‘Then put aside that book of philosophy, look at me and listen. I have ten life lessons for you.’
As the man slowly put down his book: ‘Okay, I'm listening.’
And the tree began to list the life lessons in deep silence:
1- The tree bends and straightens while it is young; Everything has its time. Life is a journey of learning and its timing is vital. It is a well-known fact that ‘an old dog cannot be taught new skills’ and ‘an old wolf does not learn new ways’.
2- The number of those who hit the fallen tree with an axe is high... That is why it is important not to fall in life; when you are strong, those who seek your shadow come towards you with an axe when you fall.
3- The handle of the axe that wants to destroy us is from within ourselves... Internal enemies can be more dangerous than external enemies. Be vigilant against those who will look like themselves and shoot you from behind. The white stone in the rice breaks the tooth because it looks most like rice.
4 - Great trees take root in stormy lands... Difficulties develop and perfect people. Great people prove their greatness by overcoming the great obstacles they face. Powerful states prove their strength by leaving difficult times behind. A kite rises by resisting the wind. You should see the obstacles you face as an opportunity.
5- The deeper the roots of a tree, the higher its height reaches... Weak roots cannot support a big tree. Therefore, protect your roots. How can a tree that forgets or ignores its roots stand? A tree derives its strength from its roots, not its trunk. If you have no history, how can you have a future? If you ignore or forget your history, how can you build the future?
6- A tree grows lush with its leaves... As lush and vibrant as trees are with their leaves, people are as beautiful and complete with their families and social circles. Our social ties allow us to feel our existence. Therefore, social relations are very important.
7- No tree worries, ‘Will spring come, will I blossom?’... Roots, trunk and branches fulfil their duties quietly and patiently. If you are also waiting for spring, you should fulfil your duty quietly, quietly, properly and patiently without making any noise.
8- The tree that bears fruit is stoned... There are always those who are jealous of knowledgeable, talented and successful people. Useless, unqualified and uninspiring people are nobody's business. Therefore, if successful people are not resistant to the stones thrown at them, they cannot continue their success.
9- Every tree flourishes in its own soil... A tree can grow and develop only when it finds the appropriate soil. Human talents are similar; they are like tree seeds. If they find a suitable environment, they will flourish, otherwise they will perish.
10- You need trees from cradle to grave... We are your cradle when you are a child and your coffin when you die. Do not only see us as wood, but also look at us with a lesson. Let me conclude my words with this sentence so that people do not forget: ‘Everything starts with loving a tree.’ From now on, when you pass by a tree, stop and listen to our song. The man looked at the tree once more and thought, ‘Actually, it was not this tree that was the wood, but me.’
Such is the struggle for life caught between two breaths. Listen to the voice of the trees, they will show the right path. The thousands of years of blood memory of Anatolian and Turkish lands whispers Olive and Hemp hidden in the depths of your DNA.
Our true existence lies in the soil.
Both SIR and SUR are hidden in the soil...
